Shipping Policy: all shipping is done via USPS. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping or $15.95 for express.  We require signatures for all deliveries.   You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the item is in stock) or Express ( which is usually 2-3 business days if the item is in stock). We can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party.   In the event of undeliverable packages the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods.

All the items at MRE Jewelry are handmade. If an item is not in stock it may take up to 14 days for shipping.

Returns and exchanges: MRE Jewelry prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please e-mail us within 10 days at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it in order for us to approve your return/exchange.  When you are approved to return the item, please send it in its original packaging and we will provide you with an online store credit. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless MRE Jewelry has sent the wrong item.

Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature.

Credits: Upon receipt of returned goods (as per the policies above) the customer will be issued an online credit that can be used to purchase alternative products on MREjewelry.com. Ordering Online: Please be assured that your personal information will be secure – we use industry standard SSL encryption. We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.

Order Processing: We process our online orders seven days a week, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.

We currently accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Sales Tax:  We charge a sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to a California address. We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.

Gift Wrap: A gift box with a ribbon is available for all online purchases. Gift wrap is an additional $3 per item and can be added during checkout.
